58 Facets Sourcing Process

At 58 Facets, the journey to your perfect piece begins with a conversation. Share your vision—whether it’s the shape you’ve always dreamed of, the details that matter most, or the budget you’d like to honor—and we’ll begin the search with you in mind.

From there, we present a curated selection of 2–4 diamonds, each chosen for its beauty, value, and alignment with your preferences. You’ll receive detailed specifications, transparent pricing, and videos that capture each stone’s unique brilliance—so you can feel confident even before seeing it in person.

When a diamond speaks to you, we’ll reserve it for 24 hours with a $100 sourcing fee. This is not an extra cost but a credit applied directly toward your purchase, allowing us to bring the stones in for personal inspection.

Every diamond is carefully evaluated twice: first by our trusted suppliers, and then again in-house with the guidance of our partner, a Graduate GIA Gemologist who spent more than a decade working in the GIA laboratory. Together, we review the grading report, examine each stone closely, and share additional photos and videos—ensuring you see the diamond as we do, with absolute clarity.

The sourcing process typically takes one to four weeks, depending on your preferences. It’s a thoughtful pace, allowing us to secure the most beautiful options without compromise.

Our role is to guide you with honesty and care, so the diamond you choose reflects you perfectly—selected with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
